Leads a team of crisis responders during evening hours, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, immediate crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing mental health crises.

Provides crisis intervention services 24/7, including assessment, de-escalation, and stabilization of individuals experiencing mental health crises.

Oversees the crisis intervention services provided to individuals experiencing acute mental health crises. The Supervisor will ensure that the team delivers high-quality, timely, and effective crisis intervention, assessment, and referral services to those in need.

Plays a critical role in the delivery of school-based mental health services by serving as the first point of contact for students, families, and schools. Primarily based out of the Garfield Park office, this position is responsible for coordinating the intake process, assessing the needs of new students, and assisting in the referral and service matching process.
